Types of conveyor belts

• Abrasion-resistant conveyor belts – the most widely used belts for stone, gravel, sand, cement and asphalt.

• Chevron belts – for conveying bulk material on inclines of up to approx. 40°.

• Heat-resistant belts – for hot material: clinker, hot asphalt, slag, ash.

• Oil and grease resistant belts – for materials containing oils, greases and fuels, including alternative fuels.

• Elevator belts – for bucket elevators; we drill them to drawing and install elevators.

• Sidewall belts – for steep and vertical conveyors (up to 90°); sidewalls and cleats hold the material.

• Anti-slip belts – raised-pattern surface for unit loads (parcels, boxes, wood) on inclines up to about 30°.

• Round baler belts – belts for round balers, built to withstand constant flexing and stretching.

• PVC conveyor belts – for lighter-duty conditions: food industry, packaging, production lines; cut and spliced to size.

Antistatic and flame-retardant versions for use in ATEX zones are available on request.

Belts by the metre and in rolls

We sell new rubber conveyor belts by the metre – cut to the required width and length – or as full rolls. For a quote, just send us the width, length and designation of your existing belt.

Used belts

We sell rubber conveyor belts by the metre, cut to the required width and length. Depending on stock, we also offer used conveyor belts, suitable for underlay, lining of low-loader trailers and trailers, protection of floors and ramps, curtains and similar uses. For available sizes and quantities, contact us by e-mail or phone.

Installation, splicing and repair

Conveyor components and accessories

• Pulley lagging – less belt slippage and longer pulley life.

• Rubber sheeting – for lining, skirtboards, seals and surface protection.

• Rubber flooring and mats – anti-slip rubber flooring for vehicles, trailers, workshops and ramps.

• Lining of hoppers, chutes and feed pits – protection against wear and material build-up.

• Conveyor idlers – made in our own workshop, and all standard sizes to DIN 15207 / ISO 1537.

• Belt cleaners and impact bars – belt cleaners, impact bars and loading-zone equipment against carryback and belt damage.

• Engineering plastics PE 1000 – PE 1000 and polyurethane for lining chutes, silos and hoppers: low friction, material does not stick.
