Rubber sheeting in rolls
Rubber sheets are used for lining chutes, hoppers and troughs, as skirt rubber on conveyors, for seals, pads and surface protection. Depending on the application we choose the rubber type, hardness and thickness. We cut sheets to the required size and, if needed, install them.
Types of rubber sheets
Wear-resistant – natural rubber (NR) – highly resistant to wear, cuts and impact; lining of chutes, hoppers, troughs, skirt rubber
General purpose (SBR) – pads, protection, seals without special requirements
Oil resistant (NBR) – seals and linings in contact with oils and fuels
Heat and acid resistant (EPDM) – outdoor use, heat, ozone, acids
Neoprene (CR) – resistance to weathering, ozone and moderate oil exposure
Silicone – high temperatures
Food grade – contact with food; in several rubber types, including oil- and heat-resistant versions
Sponge rubber (EPDM) – very soft, closed cell – air and water sealing, outdoor use
Polyurethane (PU) – very high wear resistance – sheets and rolls
Special sheets – flame-retardant, drinking-water grade, chemical- and gas-resistant – to order
PVC strip curtains – clear curtains for cold-store doors, partitions and machine guarding, with hangers
Wear-resistant sheets and skirt rubber
softer versions for impact and fine material, harder versions for skirt rubber and sliding
various thicknesses, in rolls up to 2 m wide
versions with a bonding layer for metal
versions with fabric backing
oil-resistant and food-grade abrasion-resistant sheets to order

Cutting and installation
We cut sheets to length or to size from a drawing (strips, seals, linings). We also carry out the lining of chutes, hoppers and pulleys ourselves. Pulley lagging → Lining of feed pits and hoppers →
