Survey and design
On-site measuring, concept sketch and a 3D view of the structure before fabrication.
Fabrication
CNC cutting, sawing, drilling, threading and welding in our workshop.
Corrosion protection
Two-component epoxy primer and a topcoat in the colour of your choice.
Foundations
Excavation and concreting of pad foundations.
Installation
Bolted or welded, using self-propelled lifts and a truck crane.
Cladding and flashing
Roof and wall sandwich panels or sheeting, gutters, flashings and trims.
FROM PRACTICE
Canopy for agricultural machinery
Fully bolted structure – assembled or dismantled within one day. Concrete pads 1 × 1 × 1 m, epoxy corrosion protection, 50 mm roof panels and 30 mm wall panels.
